ABOUT ME...

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Heather and I specialise in hockey goalkeeper coaching. I am based in Reading, Berkshire, where I am part of the Women’s Performance Squad at Reading Hockey Club.

With 10 years of coaching experience across Scotland, England, Australia and the Netherlands I hold a Level 2 Certificate in Coaching and work with goalkeepers of all ages and abilities, from those just starting their hockey journey to international performing GK’s. I have previously held the position of Goalkeeper Coach for the East Talent Academy in England before moving to Reading.

 

Before moving south from Scotland, I played for Western Wildcats Hockey Club in the Scottish Premiership and represented Scotland at both U18 and U21 level. More recently, in the summer of 2025, I competed in the Premiership League for Whitford Hockey Club in Perth, Australia, before relocating to Reading, where I have since played in both the Premier Division and Division 1 South.
